In the heart of the Place Sainte-Evpre, you can discover the pastry shop of the same name, founded in 1882. Jean-François Adam creates the house specialty, the Saint-Epvre, a cake made with almond meringue, vanilla buttercream and crushed nougatine. What more can we say? The choice is vast and of quality, without forgetting the usual Lorraine confectionery, sugar vases in the style of the School of Nancy, chocolates and other cookies..., difficult to choose! An address that we like to (re) discover, share and never forget... We love it!
