Julien Burtez shares his passion with you in his delicatessen in the heart of Nancy. A specialist in spices, he handles their blends, combinations and transformations with brio. On his shelves, you'll find spices from all over the world, as well as mustards, tapenades, perfumed blends, vinegars and syrups for drinking. Everything is zero-waste, as you fill your own bottle and can taste everything on the spot (reservations required), or discover the wonders of spices in takeaway dishes. A charming address well worth the detour.
