Restaurant located in the heart of the village of Pierre-Percée offering a traditional and authentic cuisine
In the heart of the village of Pierre Percée since 1985, the Grill lives to the rhythm of Lorraine and seasonal products: game, ceps, blueberries, mirabelle plums... If you have the sun with you, settle down in the large veranda or on the terrace. A wide choice of grilled meats and pizzas is available, but these are not the only tricks Daniel Sinnes has up his sleeve. In bulk: sweetbread escalope with morel mushrooms, scallops with pine nuts, filet of pike-perch with bacon and Toul grey... The tourist menu consists of a Vosgian salad, of course, or a home-made game terrine, a salmon escalope with basil sauce or a duck leg stuffed with porcini mushrooms and a dessert of your choice. This is a traditional and authentic cuisine with suggestions all year round.
