Restaurant where you can discover the baking process in a bread oven

If you want to discover bread oven cooking, Pierre Bonaventure's door is the place to go. Meat lovers will be won over by the unavoidable marrow bones grilled on country toast, the pig's trotter, the heart of rump steak (300 g), the veal mitre, the calf's liver or even a real andouillette from Troyes 5 A... The room is a little cramped but so authentic. The decor has a farmhouse feel to it: parquet floor, trompe-l'oeil windows on the walls, Vichy tablecloths and even shirts hanging from the ceiling!

Belle salle chaleureuse tout en longueur très "maison Lorraine".
Service rapide mais sympathique et attentionné.
A midi, le menu complet à 17 € est une bonne affaire : plats variés à la présentation étudiée et aux belles saveurs.
Très prudent de réserver !

Découverte de se petit resto de ville , très surpris par la qualité des produits, la cuisson de la viande au feux de bois change significativement le goux qui est monstrueux, la sauce excellente également ainsi que les pommes de terres . Le service malgré le monde est très rapide et au petit soin, on se sent chouchouter ????????????????

Hier genieten wij van een lekkere steak op houtvuur gebakken.
Heel vriendelijk personeel.
