Cathy Boch and Stéphane Nicolas welcome you to their isolated farm, located between Pagny-sur-Moselle and Thiaucourt. Self-guided tours and guided tours with tasting on request. An opportunity to observe life on the farm and the various processing workshops (cheese factory, flour mill, bakery). The Souleuvre farm offers cow's milk cheeses, raw milk tommes with different flavours, fresh cheeses, old-fashioned fromage blanc. It also specializes in meat, beef and milk-fed veal and makes farmhouse bread baked in a wood-fired oven. You will be able to take all these good farm products directly home with you when you shop in the shop where you will find a wide range of quality products.
