Ferme du Moulin de Labat is a duck farm. Martine and Damien Sourbié perpetuate the gastronomic tradition by producing foie gras, pâté and confit. The ducklings are raised in the open air and force-fed whole-grain corn from their very first day on the farm. Farm products are available for sale on site.
