This artisanal chocolate shop will satisfy every sweet tooth. At the helm is Cédric Barchat, a young entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the trade. Trained at the Sœurs Macarons in Nancy, a graduate of the École des métiers de la table in Paris as a chocolatier-confiseur and then laboratory manager at Gourmandises, he now puts his know-how to work at Choco & Co. A wide range of products and ballotins with a variety of ganaches, each with a particularly meticulous aesthetic and visual approach. Here, everything is made in the traditional way, with Cédric Barchat using 100% natural products. This is the case for all the sachets of rocailles, florentins and other mendiants... You'll also find fruit jellies, morello cherries, chocolate bars and even spreads, as well as a fine collection of teas, both classic and original. A delicious address!
