Like the previous Maison Hombourger, the Gaillet chocolate factory offers specialities on the theme of the basilica. The "stones of the basilica" are composed of hazelnuts and almonds. The "Mitres de Saint-Nicolas", made of white chocolate filled with marzipan and mirabelle plum marzipan, are appreciated by gourmets. A real paradise for young and old!
