LA LORRAINE BUISSONNIERE
This is an establishment whose visit quickly turns into a unique experience. To make the Lorraine buissonnière, it is absolutely necessary to book in advance. You will make your choice from the menus at that time. The place can accommodate about fifty people. The masters of the place, Nicole and Gérard Darnois will then introduce you to their little world. Morels and sweetbreads, chicken liver and spinach, frogs, guarantee a quality meal, but the adventure is far from over once the plates are empty! Indeed, the laboratory, where chocolates and pastries are prepared, is located in the centre of the place behind display windows. The master of the place gives demonstrations and organizes a most instructive visit: origins of cocoa, presentation of the equipment, making chocolates in front of the visitors and tasting. A private lesson that begins with the history of chocolate, stops on its moulding and demoulding before finally offering a tasting of the fine products. A visit is a must!
