The hostel has been run by the same family for five generations. It will therefore come as no surprise that there is a family atmosphere in the establishment. The cuisine is traditional and does not forget the regional specialities: fresh foie gras with grapes, duck breast cooked over a wood fire, Chalosse beef, lamprey à la bordelaise, and the unmissable tourtière. The welcome is simple and pleasant, just like in this small village of barely 1300 inhabitants.
