Allan Pierson, the chef who became the owner last year, offers a menu of simple dishes, in total harmony with the brasserie atmosphere of the establishment and always as delicious. We congratulate the "Equilibre" label recently awarded to the brasserie in reference to the dietetic respect of the recipes, a real plus for the health of all. A relaxed place which, as soon as the weather is fine, also welcomes you on the terrace. And a new sign dedicated to fish.
