La Grande Brasserie du Commerce is located near the cathedral in Toul town center. It welcomes you in a warm and pleasant setting for an authentic culinary experience. As you enter, you'll immediately be seduced by its refined Art Deco decor, with gilded mirrors, beautiful tablecloths and red velvet banquettes. Here, you'll be treated to elegant, modern bistro cuisine. To offer the very best, Chef Jonathan Durand uses only quality, seasonal ingredients. What's more, he favors local products such as meats and cheeses from Lorraine, as well as vegetables from the Vosges. For starters, choose from beef tataki in sesame fillet or pressed duck confit with foie gras heart. You can then continue with ravioles with black truffles, beef rib confit grilled a la plancha or veal head casserole with vegetables. The Commerce burger is also an interesting option for a gourmet break. Vegetarians are also well catered for at the Grande Brasserie du Commerce. The house offers a burger and salad specially designed for them. To finish on a sweet note, the Grioche touloise with lead ice cream is a delicious choice. The restaurant also boasts a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy your meal in fine weather. An address not to be missed!
