IFBM, INSTITUT FRANÇAIS DES BOISSONS DE LA BRASSERIE MALTERIE
Established in 1962, IFBM has become the center for research and training for barley, beer and more widely for the agri-food industries in Europe and even internationally. The structure works mainly on research and development, vocational training and technological studies. She works with industrialists and individuals, providing them with a micromaltry, semi-industrial malpractice, a test brewery or a bottling line and drums. The IFBM, with thirty collaborators, has an additional 300 trainees per year. It is a scientific and technical reference in the field of brewery and malterie.
