ST. GEORGE'S CHURCH
A charming Romanesque church, with a rustic look, an architectural jewel, typically Lorraine, which dominates the Yron
Charming little Romanesque church built in the 12th century. Its rustic appearance and small size characterize this architectural jewel, typically Lorraine. For 800 years, two parts of the building (namely the choir and the apse) have dominated the Yron. Alterations were carried out in the 18th century, such as the piercing of the choir windows, and in the 19th century with the reconstruction of the bell tower (above the choir). For lovers of Romanesque architecture!
