In Xirocourt, between Nancy and Épinal, Le Gaigne restaurant offers a unique culinary experience with a focus on short-distance produce. The owners - chef Mickaël and market gardener Aurélie - offer seasonal cuisine, using produce grown on their farm, Ferme des Chanottes, or selected from local producers. The menu changes weekly, and the dishes are delicious, combining terroir and finesse. The setting is elegant and warm. A very good restaurant that we can only recommend!
