Vegan/vegetarian cooperative bistro with terrace offering a maximum of seasonal products
Doudou is a cooperative vegan-vegetarian bistro. A good address with no meat, little gluten and a maximum of seasonal products. Most of the food and drink is local. At lunchtime, daily specials revisit the comfort food of meat eaters, inspired from elsewhere (chili, lasagne, Indian dal, Cantonese rice). In the evening, we serve an aperitif board with enough food to share. A selection of syrups from Lorraine, beers, wines and teas. Concerts, lectures, themed evenings, stand-up comedy. Summer terrace.

On a très bien mangé !

We were disappointed with this vegan restaurant, especially after the positive reviews. Service was quick and friendly (always something of a surprise in France) and sitting outside was pleasant. But the food was unmemorable. Our plat du jour of fried Asian noodles with dolmas (stuffed leaves) was almost tasteless, and the veggie lasagne was tepid at best. The panna cotta was gelatinous and lacking any hint of panna. Overrated.
Je viendrais ici plus souvent.

Le soir, nous avons pris un petit verre à l'extérieur. Le décor du pont en arrière-plan créait une belle atmosphère. Le service était aimable et prévenant.
Je m'y arrêterais plus souvent.
