BAR BLUE THEATRE
A former Italian-style wooden theater that has become one of the city's legendary landmarks, thanks to the Bar-le-Duc Volunteer Association.
It all began in 2015, when three childhood friends, Anthony, Loïc and Etienne, decided to acquire and restore this old Italian-style theater, all wood and moldings, dating from 1902. With the help of numerous volunteers, they created the "Association pour la sauvegarde du Théâtre des Bleus de Bar" to revive this legendary venue. Eventually, the aim is to reopen it as an alternative to the existing stages. In the meantime, numerous events are taking place in the theater and its gardens.
