The restaurant's motto: "Eat healthy and live well"! Here the dishes are homemade, local the authentic products and come from healthy and respectful productions of nature. In the Green Cauldron, we peel, we boneless, we slice, we machine, we stuff, we simmer, in short we cook for real! On arrival in the plates: homemade pork, veal head with gribiche sauce, beef carpaccio, veal shank... (all these meats are Meusian). You can also be tempted by the Lorraine suckling pig on a spit or the Irish lamb mouse braised with rosemary. You have understood it, here we love the local cuisine, that of our elders, with the know-how of yesteryear. For a few years now, the Green Cauldron has been inviting itself to your home. Come and pick up some good simmered dishes or delicious local burgers a few steps from the house. The truck and its mobile kitchen delight you from 5:30 pm to 9 pm on Tuesday in Belleville, Friday in Souilly and Sunday in Dieue-sur-Meuse.

Au Chaudron Vert made our wedding such an amazing success! From the amazing food and service to taking the time to ensure the menu was exactly to our taste including great vegetarian options. They recommended excellent wine and champagne suppliers that also contributed to making the wedding such a great experience as well. From the canapes to the desert, everything was really perfect. Their staff are very friendly and professional. I want to get married again just so I can get them to do the catering. 10/10!
