In the Green Cauldron, we peel, we boneless, we slice, we machine, we stuff, we simmer, in short we cook for real! You can also be tempted by the Lorraine suckling pig on a spit or the Irish lamb mouse braised with rosemary. Come and pick up some good simmered dishes or delicious local burgers a few steps from the house. The truck and its mobile kitchen delight you from 5:30 pm to 9 pm on Tuesday in Belleville, Friday in Souilly and Sunday in Dieue-sur-Meuse.
