Christophe Bellocq's cuisine at this traditional Landes restaurant is always homemade and based on fresh produce. A buffet of starters is served every lunchtime. A bottle of wine is placed on the table, and coffee is included in this unique and inexpensive menu. During the hunting season, don't miss the pigeon on the spit, flambéed with bacon and armagnac! Portions are generous. Walkers from Santiago de Compostela often stop here. The service team is very friendly.

Palombes dans la cheminée à ne pas rater en"saison ". Service efficace et agréable. Un endroit à ne pas éviter...

Nous nous sommes présentés à 12h40 pour déjeuner. Après quelques minutes d'attente, une serveuse se présente et nous déclare sèchement que le restaurant est complet alors que nous voyons plusieurs tables disponibles en salle et en terrasse. Visiblement cet établissement ne reçoit que des habitués. Aucun panneau apparent indiquait que c'était complet. Décevant, restaurant à éviter pour les personnes de passage.
