DOMAINE DE MUZY
The adventure began in 1982 when Jean Marc, with his diplomas in arboriculture, viticulture and oenology, created the Domaine de Muzy in the heart of the Meuse region. Since then, the Liénard couple have cultivated about twenty hectares of vines and orchards under the name "Vin des côtes de Meuse". The vineyard is composed of traditional grape varieties: auxerrois, chardonnay, pinot-blanc, pinot-gris, pinot-noir and gamay. Chardonnay and pinot noir are aged in oak barrels, an aged maceration that reinforces their character. In addition to white, red and grey wines, the Domaine also produces eau-de-vie and crème de mirabelle de Lorraine, as well as eau-de-vie de poire Williams. The domain obtained AB certification in 2013 and has been mentioned many times in the Hachette Guide (2011, 2014, 2015).
