RESTAURANT LES TANNEURS
Restaurant offers authentic and modern cuisine.
Reynald Stechenko had already proved his worth in the past, when he owned the Auberge du Pressoir in Lucey. He continues to impress us in this beautiful restaurant on the banks of the Meuse, in a former tannery. Picture windows, lacquered ceilings and hushed surroundings... It doesn't take long before you want to sit down. To taste a cuisine that's both authentic and modern. Preferably local produce, adapted to the season, is used. The result is a tempting menu: poultry terrine with armagnac or duck foie gras and madeleine heart to start; trout fillet with chanterelle mushrooms or pork cheek stew with pinot to continue; fruit puff pastry or Lorraine cup with mirabelle plum liqueur to finish. And let's not forget the large platters (tartar, hot camembert or prime rib) and excellent salads that are among the house specialties. The restaurant has earned the title of Maître Restaurateur for a reason!
