FROMAGERIE DONGE
This family-run cheese factory in the centre of the village of Triconville was created in 1930 by Etienne Donge. Today, it is his small children who took over. The building expanded but the passion and know-how remained intact. Brie de Meaux and Coulommiers, large spécialitées honoured by several medals, are always made according to traditional methods with manual moulding, dry salting and refining from 4 to 8 weeks… These quality products bear the labels Meuse and Marvels, and are available for sale on-site on the weekend.
