Restaurant serving regional products and a seasonal menu
From his open kitchen, chef Franck Pons works with local produce and changes his menu according to the season. Only the essentials remain on the menu (the traditional burger, entrecôte à la plancha, roast milk-fed veal chop, Bourdaloue tart...). For us, it's the Découverte menu, which we love from starter to dessert. Can't decide? Trust Aurélie, the chef's charming wife! And as the wine list changes regularly at Le Ferléo, we often make interesting discoveries.
