Restaurant serving regional products and a seasonal menu
From his open kitchen, the chef Franck Pons works with local products and changes his menu every three months according to the seasons. Only the must-haves remain on the menu (the traditional burger, the grilled entrecote, the first roasted veal chop, the gourmet coffee...).
