Small, friendly restaurant in Doulcon serving simple, inexpensive French cuisine: snails, mussels, etc.
Close to the river Meuse (although its small terrace doesn't offer a full view of the river), Sicilia is a simple but friendly restaurant. Ideally located opposite the campsite and Lac Vert, it serves good French cuisine at very reasonable prices. The pizzas are also excellent. For dessert, opt for a homemade tart or chocolate cake, depending on the day. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere friendly. A good address on your Meuse discovery route. Also available for takeaway and delivery.

Good food, very friendly service, good value, extensive menue.
Le personnel était sympathique et gentil, faisant de son mieux lors de ce qui était clairement une nuit bien remplie. C'était également tout en faisant tout leur possible pour communiquer en anglais (certes à cause de notre français médiocre/mauvais).
Nous reviendrions ici et je le recommande.

Good food for a very fair price. Even willing to cater to our specific requests regarding minor changes to dishes.
Staff were friendly and kind, doing their best on what was clearly a busy night. This was also whilst doing their utmost to communicate in English (admitedly due to our poor/ broken French).
We would eat here again and do recommend.
