In his workshop, open on request, Laurent Carpintero will be delighted to tell you the story behind his knives. This craftsman, artist and creator is always on the lookout for the spring or inspiration provided by new materials. Each model is unique. He sources the metal parts from Thiers (the cutlery capital of France) and assembles them before moving on to the most aesthetic part: the handle. For left-handers or people with handicaps, this cutler can make THE perfect knife!
