Mr. Rivière is the inventor of a jam as original as it is delicious: the famous bergamot jam. Every year, he brings ripe fruit from Italy to make it. Bergamot being a very bitter fruit, a special technique is used to bring out the unique taste of this gourmet citrus fruit. Mr. Rivière also combines bergamot with seventeen other fruits: strawberry, fig, melon, black cherry and pumpkin... And offers more than three hundred fruit jams depending on the season. Among the most original are strawberry jam with Espelette chilli pepper, pear jam with spices or rhubarb and ginger jam. These products are labelled Lorraine, our Signature. The jam workshop can be visited all year round by appointment.
