KAISER TUNNEL
Go there and contact
With a length of 350 m, this underground work consisted of a telephone station, a checkpoint, a first aid hospital with operating block and generators. It served two years, until 1918, when Germans blew all the exits before the American offensive. Dug in the gaize by the Dukes, from the end of November 1915 to March 1916, he served as a liaison tunnel and allowed the flow of everything necessary to the front. The visit shows both the structured organization of the tunnel and the terrible conditions in which the soldiers were trying to survive.
