Restaurant offering a home-made brasserie cuisine with a good quality/price ratio
This historic establishment, set on the square of the city center, has been completely modernized. It is in a spacious contemporary area that you will be able to enjoy the chef's specialties. It is an elegant brasserie kitchen made home that is served here, even mayonnaise! On the menu: the incontrovertible Lorraine quiche, Vosgian salad with largots or snails to start. In the main dish, duck duck is served with seasonal fruits or, like the cute filet, with mirabelles. Two menus are offered daily, suggestions for entry and desserts are identical, only the dish differs. Good value for money that does not demerit from some more prestigious addresses.
