This restaurant, housed in a superb Renaissance building, offers meticulously-prepared local cuisine, traditional yet creative.

For the record, it was one of the sets for Saul Dibb's film Suite française. This ancient building with its medieval and Renaissance airs is home to a hotel and restaurant. The former offers rooms combining authenticity and modernity. The latter offers traditional cuisine with creative touches. Local specialities are given pride of place, and the flavors of the soil are sublimated. Snacks are also served to hikers!

Le cadre de ce restaurant est très accueillant, feutré et rustique. Le mini salon à l'entrée contribue à l'ambiance cocoon. L'accueil est simple et chaleureux. Les plats, cuisinés avec des produits de saison et locaux, sont moyennement recherchés mais délicieux et de qualité.
