FERME DE LORTHE

Located in Lahosse, in the Landes region of France, Earl de Lorthe is a nursery specializing in the production of cows and calves. The calves are raised on site, fed exclusively on milk produced by the farm's own cows. As for the cows, they lead a stress-free life, milking whenever they want. The raw milk is simply cooled before being packaged, without undergoing any treatment or adding any products. Since spring 2020, Earl de Lorthe has also been offering a range of cow's tommes, made with their own milk in an artisan cheese dairy and matured in their authentic cellar. Visitors can taste these products on site.
