FERME DE LORTHE

Ferme de Lortho is a producer located in Lahosse, in the Landes region of France. They offer a range of local products, including calves raised on the farm and fed exclusively on milk produced on site. Raw milk is also available, with a special feature: the cows are milked at their convenience, without stress, and the milk is simply cooled before packaging, without any treatment or added products. Since spring 2020, the farm has expanded its range to offer cow's tommes made with their milk in an artisan cheese dairy, then matured in their authentic cellar before being offered for tasting.
