Thomas is an organic farmer, producer of cereals and aromatic plants. He makes his herbal teas from A to Z: from manual harvesting to drying, crushing and sieving, to bagging and canning (even the individual small filter bags are made by Thomas). There are 19 flavours to test: fennel, verbena, mint, but also original flavours such as mojito or cuckoo flower. 100% organic and 100% Meuse-based herbal teas.
