After completing his studies in agronomy, Guillaume Vauthier joined the family grain farm in 2006 with a very specific idea in mind... 12 years later, the result is there: organic cereal growing, stone-ground flour and bread baked in a wood-fired oven. Farmhouse bread, wholemeal, with 4 seeds, rye, brioche, crumb, and even old-fashioned chocolate bread (4 chocolate bars placed in the middle of a bread dough), Guillaume is a passionate craftsman!
