Ferme de la Fête in Ménil-la-Horgne is an organic farm that grows cereals and transforms them into stone-ground flour and peasant breads baked in a wood-fired oven. They offer a variety of organic flours, including wheat, rye, petit épeautre and buckwheat, as well as oat flakes. They also sell organic seeds, such as linseed, small spelt and fenugreek. In addition, they offer organic pasta, made from durum wheat, with varieties such as coquillettes, tresses and dentelles. They also produce organic, cold-pressed oil made from sunflower and rapeseed. Organic breads, made from the farm's own flours, are also available, with varieties such as peasant bread, wholemeal bread and natural sourdough bread.
