Installed since 2016, this brewery in Meuse is the one of Ghislain Balland who brews his craft beer on site. The range includes: lager, white, smoked amber and seasonal beers (Christmas beer for example). All of them have a name of their own: Abeille Charpentière, Moro Sphinx, Demoiselle, Feuille Morte du Chêne or Coccinoël. You will find them directly at the brewery or in various sales outlets: Ecurey Pôles d'Avenir in Ecurey and Montiers-sur-Saulx, Les Vins de Georges in Givrauval or Le Cellier des Gourmets.
