The old castle of Charmois has been entirely renovated by a family with a passion for old stones. The son, Alain Bonnefoy, established his microbrewery there more than a decade ago. He created his own beer, the Charmoy, which is considered the little sister of the Belgian Trappist beer of Orval. To be discovered: a lager, a fermented unfiltered amber beer with a long shelf life, as well as a March beer, in homage to the ancient processes that linked agriculture and brewing. They are made from raw wheat grains produced on the farm and malt.

It is a shame primo, it is not a castle but a farmhouse, which belonged to the count of herbemont, then there is no top or low castle charmois, making your has 500 metre, then the charm crosses the property truth and unique castle now belongs to a paritculier...
