In Alsatian, Emmebuckel means "mount of the bees". This charming hotel has 14 cosy and bright rooms (some with balcony) with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the hills of the Vosges. In the restaurant, you can sit on the terrace or in a large, chic dining room and enjoy regional specialities (Alsatian-style snails, salted turnip sauerkraut) and refined dishes (foie gras opera with gingerbread, candied lamb pastille). A good address.
