Hotel and restaurant with terrace with cosy rooms overlooking the vineyards and regional specialities
In Alsatian, Emmebuckel means "mount of the bees". This charming hotel has 14 cosy and bright rooms (some with balcony) with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the hills of the Vosges. In the restaurant, you can sit on the terrace or in a large, chic dining room and enjoy regional specialities (Alsatian-style snails, salted turnip sauerkraut) and refined dishes (foie gras opera with gingerbread, candied lamb pastille). A good address.

The rooms were nice, clean and had everything we needed, the decor was local and warm, and we received some sweets as a present. If you will stay at the second floor, note that the stairs inclination from 1st to 2nd floor is high.
Then, the restaurant was the star of this place, foos was tasty and quality of ingredients was there. The only thing I didn't like was the crème brulée, which missed sense.
Staff was nice, but I guess it's a family business.
I suggest to remove the cat smell at the hotel entrance.
Parking is available on premise for free.
