A new establishment welcome in Revigny! Opened in September 2016, this contemporary café restaurant is good in a city that was sleeping a little. The welcome is friendly, conviviality and simplicity are essential. On the plate, French cuisine dishes with a touch of originality. The dishes take into account local specialities, there will always be a little Lorraine on your plate! The lunch formula is generous and elegant. For weekend evenings, the menu becomes more refined: snail feuillantine with champagne or duck breast with honey from the Meuse countryside! An exceptional culinary adventure... Be careful on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday evenings only on reservation.

Un bon candidat pour « cauchemar en cuisine » . Ma tartine : pain industriel non toasté, demi tranche ; oeuf cru avec son blanc non cuit( pas une erreur mais c’est le concept du plat) ; après deux renvoies en cuisine, enfin un oeuf au plat sur la tartine. Simple mais efficace ????; frites molles gorgées d’huile. Ici il faut privilégier les salades, difficiles à rater. Mais la serveuse est de bonne volonté, touchant du doigt ma tartine pour en apprécier le croustillant potentiel bien qu’absent. J’ai manqué de courage à lui dire qu’il était peu probable que l’on revienne un jour.

Parfait ! Soirée très agréable et on comprend pourquoi ce restaurant s'appelle "Le Carré Gourmand".
Cuisine familiale de bonne qualité, dessert excellent, service en continuité sans toutefois nous presser et contact convivial, la serveuse n'a jamais laissé tomber son sourire.
