For more than 20 years, the volunteers of the association «Jovilliers Exchanges et Culture» have lived the abbey, a high cultural place. On this occasion, the association makes every effort to renovate this vast th century complex. The aim is for Jovilliers to return to an active cultural centre in the countryside as well as Premonstratensian's time. The association wants to move towards another level of development by taking up the current trend: the emergence of countries, return to local solidarity, integration into local development. In this respect, the proposed local markets are moving in this direction. A market that becomes indispensable, with its diversity of local producers, artists and know-how.
