Free-range duck and poultry, Sables asparagus, Chalosse beef, Landes armagnac... Here, Marina and Wilfried give you a taste of Les Landes, and more particularly of Chalosse. And don't forget the regional wines! They also serve a burger menu at 16 euros and a pilgrims' menu at 7.50 euros. We'd love to try the Landes burger with black Angus steak, porcini mushroom sauce, ewe's cheese, dried duck breast, onion compote, foie gras and sautéed potatoes.
