JEANNE-D'ARC MUSEUM
The Musée de France boasts a magnificent collection, and offers an insight into the history of different symbols.
Housed in the right wing of the Hôtel de Ville and refurbished in 1997, this unique museum is entirely dedicated to representations of Joan of Arc from the 17th to the 20th century. Throughout its four sections, you'll navigate your way through a magnificent collection: 300 cartoons of stained glass, statues, prints, drawings, bronzes, ceramics and sculptures. You'll discover the history of the various symbols associated with the image of Joan of Arc, virgin, warrior and martyr. This French museum is the only one in France dedicated to Joan of Arc.
