Formerly the Butcher of the Quay, who no longer had a very good reputation, it was necessary to dare to take over this restaurant, even though it was ideally located in the middle of the London quay, in the heart of the city of Verdun. The challenge seems to have been met for the establishment, which opened under a new name in February 2018. There's no reason why it shouldn't work. A la carte simple dishes: pasta, pizzas, large salads, meat or fish. A cuisine without fuss, along the Meuse, from where you can watch the costumes wander during the Venetian Carnival in spring or admire the fireworks display on July 14 or listen to the summer concerts.

J’ai pris une pizza Lorraine, la pâte est aussi fine qu’une chips, plus de fromage qu’autre chose, le jambon semblait périmé, IMMANGEABLE.
Une serveuse très peu courtoise, pas souriante et assez désagréable.
Mention honorable au chef d’établissement ( aussi serveur) qui était très sympathique.

Au détour d'une ballade dans la ville un arrêt pour dîner..
Une petite faim..avec une délicieuse salade de pommes de terre et harengs.. copieuse.
Accueil sympathique du papa et du fils..
Bonne continuation...moi je continue sur Reims.
