Restaurant offering rather classic but comforting dishes
If ever there was a meat specialist, this is it. The chef, a collector of meaty delights, offers an easy menu based around beef and pork. Classic, comforting dishes: andouillette, tartare, burger, ribs... Its signature: dry-aged beef for a minimum of 6 weeks. The establishment works with the famous butcher Polmard. At L'Étal, everything is homemade, using local ingredients. L'Étal is all about good food and good company! The grill restaurant's motto: "fresh, local and tasty"!

Parfait, la cuisine très bonne et le service plus qu' agréable, je recommande pour les amateurs de bonne viande.

Superbement accueillis avec sourire et bonne humeur par 2 personnes passionnées. Cuisine maison avec des produits locaux, de bons conseils quant au choix des vins. … et de la viande DELICIEUSE.
