C'est indispensable de contacter l'office de tourisme avant de se rendre dans la région de Verdun. Avec la pandémie, beaucoup de renseignements donnés par les guides de voyage s'avèrent insuffisants, voire inexacts. Lieu incontournable avant de visiter les grands lieux de la guerre 14-18. Personnel accueillant et disponible même quand il y a du monde. Intéressant de pouvoir prendre directement le "pass" sur place. De bons conseils quant aux différents sites à visiter - le plan de Verdun et ses environs mentionnant tous les points intéressants à voir relatif à la première guerre mondiale est très bien fait : systématiquement donné, il s'avère fort utile
