Museum located in the former guardhouse opposite the Citadel, retracing the career of Michel Dupré, a Mayenne designer.

Opposite the Citadelle, the former guardhouse, abandoned for years, now houses a museum. Opening in 2023, it traces the career of Michel Dupré, the Mayenne draughtsman who was swept up in the war in 1914, thanks to his many drawings, but also to Pierre Brancher, a photographer in the same regiment. A faithful reconstruction with an exceptional collection of objects that belonged to the Poilus. A 3-in-1 venue, the museum also includes a bar/restaurant and a store.

Superbe petit musée sur 14/18 qui a ouvert en avril 2023 et parle de la vie croisée de deux poilus. Les mannequins sont très bien mis en valeur et les nombreuses photos très émouvantes. Le restaurant et l´accueil sont tenus par 2 dames sympathiques qui font très bien leur travail. Les cookies faits sur place sont un régal !

Una raccolta dettagliata, tutto ben esposto, il proprietario è la figlia sono molto carini ,. Entrando rivivi momenti di vita quotidiana dei soldati durante la guerra. Bravi. Consiglio vivamente.

Esta inaugurado de este año 2023 está genial todo el material que tienen esta muy bien escenificado la entrada si la compras aquí sale 9 euros pero si cojes el Pack en la citadelle con la visita en el museo de puesto de guardia sale todo por 19 euros así que lo recomiendo ya que seguro es bueno ver los dos a mi me encantó
