Located in the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, in Billy-sous-les-Côtes, Domaine de Montgrignon offers IGP Côtes de Meuse wines (white, grey and red) and a range of sparkling wines. The Pierson family has owned this estate for over 250 years. In conversion to organic farming, the estate's 10.5 hectares are divided between Billy-sous-les-Côtes and Creue. All wines are made using traditional methods and bottled on the estate. Production of white wine, red wine and vin gris, typical of Lorraine, as well as sparkling wines: Brut, Brut Rosé, Brut Mirabelle, Brut Cerise and the latest from the house, Insolence (Méthode Traditionnelle Extra Brut), Mirabelle brandy, aperitifs.
