At Domaine de Coustille, you will meet Côtes de Meuse wine producers working according to traditional methods. The main grape varieties that make up the region are for red wine, pinot noir, pinot gris and gamay; for white wine, auxerrois and chardonnay. The vines are planted on clay and limestone scree soils. The estate also specialises in brandies made from Mirabelle de Lorraine plums, questche, marc and williams pears. The place can be visited on request, with tasting and sale of products.
